Terms of Service

The service

ShowKasd helps people in Southern California discover and request services from local businesses. Bookings are requests the business confirms or declines. ShowKasd does not currently process payments.

Businesses

Businesses are reviewed before they appear. You are responsible for accurate prices, hours, licenses and the content you upload, and you must own or have permission for every video.

External TikTok creators

Creator profiles appear only with the creator's permission, are labeled "External TikTok Creator", and cannot be booked through ShowKasd. Any arrangement with an external creator is between you and them. TikTok content remains the creator's and TikTok's, and is shown through TikTok's official embed player.

Acceptable use

No fake listings, fake reviews, spam, harassment, scraping, or content you don't have rights to. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

AI Concierge

The Concierge suggests matches from approved listings only. It cannot book, pay or message for you, and its suggestions are not guarantees of price or availability.

Liability

ShowKasd is provided as is. Businesses and creators are independent and not employed by ShowKasd.
